So it broke last night just a few minutes before the game that the city of Glendale was going to file a suit against the Goldwater Institute.
My quick solution would be for GWI to issue a public apology, send letters to investors stating they were wrong and this is a solid deal, and take out a full ad in the paper saying they were wrong. This should make the interest rates for the bonds drop and everyone would be happy.
Otherwise, I think the suit is solid and GWI will be in some deep trouble if they stick to their guns.
